30 Count Foil Pans
By Dobi

I use and reuse these all the time.
They are disposable also, so are good for a heavy baked item.

Pre Heat oven to 400 degrees F

1. Mix all the ingredients in 2 pans large enough that you can bread the asparagus (Spragel) easily.
I like these foil pans I get them 30 in a stack. I blanch the asparagus first as it seems to pick up the breading better.

2. Pour the beaten eggs over the asparagus

3. Dip in the breading mix and place on a baking sheet with a bit of oil, or I used baking silicon here.

4.With the remaining egg, take a pastry brush and apply a light coat on the asparagus (Spargel), and sprinkle the remaining breading on top.

5. Bake the Asparagus at 400 degrees F for 15 - 20 minutes or when the breading is nice and brown.
