2 teaspoons Mustard Like Dijon or Dusseldorf style
2 teasppoons Lemon juice

2 teaspoons Sirachia Sauce

Directions:
pre heat oven to 400 degrees
1. Mix all the ingredients in 2 pans large enough that you can bread the asparagus (Spragel) easily.
I like these foil pans I get them 30 in a stack.
2. Pour the beaten eggs over the asparagus
3. Dip in the breading mix and place on a baking sheet with a bit of oil, or I used baking silicon here.
4.With the remaining egg, take a pastry brush and apply a light coat on the asparagus (Spargel), and sprinkle the remaining breading on top.
5. Bake the Asparagus at 400 degrees F for 15 - 20 minutes or when the breading is nice and brown.
6. Mix the sauce ingredients together and serve a small dish to each person.
