Eierlikörkuchen
Egg Nog kuchen

pre heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 C)

ingredients:
1 cup (250g) Butter
1 cup (180g) Sugar
3Tsp. Vanilla sugar
4 eggs
3 cups (350g) Flour
3 teaspoons. Baking Powder
1 cup (100grams) Chocolate-shavings or Chocolate minichips
3 / 4 Cup (150ml) Eierlikör, similar to egg nog....

Directions:

1. In large bowl cream together the Butter, sugar, eggs and Vanilla sugar.

2. Add flour (which has been mixed with Baking Powder) Chocolate
shavings or chips and Eierlikör.

3. Pour batter into a greased "kugelhupf" pan or a bundt pan and bake in a preheated oven for aprox. 1 hour.

For an extra tasty glaze use 2 cups or (250grams) Icing sugar and aprox. 2-3 Tablespoons of Eierlikoer and drizzle over cooled cake
