4 large Russet potatoes

Seasoning:

1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder or ganulated garlic.

Wash the Russet potatoes well and cut each potato into 8 wedges

 

 

 

In a bowl, add the oil and the seasoning and toss

Place on a baking tray lined with foil on their backs.

Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees F or till soft.
