Schweinemett This is a simple sausage that you fry up like a sausage patty. You can also smoke this and it will be similar to what the Germans call "Mettwurst", which is a spredable sauasage similar to a liverwurst or Braunschweiger that is good smeared on crackers and bread.
This is a basic recipe, you can add spices such as garlic or caraway seeds which is popular in many parts of Germany. Donated by Sabine
