Ingredients:
1 cup fruit from Rumptopf
Zest from 1 small orange or tangerine
Juice from one tangerine or orange.
1 teaspoon pepper flakes
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 / 2 teaspoon ground cloves

Grate the peel of the orange or tangerine over the fruits. Chop the fruits up till you have a chunky sauce. About 1 / 4 inch dice.
Cut the Tangerine in half and scoop out the flesh. |
Now you have a nice shell to put the chutney in. Squeeze the juice into the chopped fruits and simmer for 2 or 3 minutes.

Cool the chutney and fill the tangerine halves. I garnished this with a mint sprig. |
