Potato Dumplings Ingredients: 6 medium potatoes, peeled, boiled, and cooled. You can also bake them or microwave them.
Directions: Take the cooked potatoes, cut them open and put them on a baking sheet. Here is the lightly dried out potato. Grate the potato or put through a ricer into the mixing bowl.
