Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients;
(serves 4) 8 yukon gold potatoes, quartered
Olive Oil
1 Tbl. fresh garlic, Or granulated garlic
1 Tbl.leaves of fresh rosemary
Sprinkle of,seasoning salt (Your favorite is fine also.)

Par cook potatoes,(or cut into chunks, bring to a boil, and drain.)

Place on a roasting sheet and sprinkle with olive oil , garlic, seasoning salt and fresh rosemary leaves.

Roast in the oven or on the BBQ for 30 to 45 min. until nice and tender.
