Angel Wings

Ingredients ; 6 EGGS 1 CUP CREAM 1 CUP BUTTERMILK 1 CUP SUGAR 3TSP. BAKING POWDER 1 TSP. SODA ½ TSP. SALT VANILLA (optional)

Use 1 whole egg and the Yolks of 4 eggs
20 Tblsp. (approx 1 1/4 Cup) of fresh cream or substitute with
whipping cream.
2 cups flour or more if needed.
1 1/4 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp vanilla

Mix well until you have soft dough.
Roll out the dough as a thin layer.
Cut pieces into 4inch by 3 inch sizes.
Cut slits (inside) each piece from each end
Pull an end of the piece through the slit
of each end, so it will look like a bow tie.
Deep fry in a pot with an oil of your choice.
When they are finished put them in a
large bowl and dust them with icing sugar
or what ever is your choice.
They are either Angel wings or Schnee ballen.
but the are good eating.
