Schneeballen
Beat eggs, cream and sugar. Combine flour baking powder and salt. Add soda to buttermilk. Add to creamed mixture.use enough flour for a medium stiff dough. Roll out dough.. About ½ inch thick cut into strips. Make a slit in the middle and pull one end through.. Deep fry in oil .. Dust with icing sugar and or sugar .. Serve with a good homemade german potato soup as my mom did.. Mjtj@shaw.ca if you any questions ?
